3rd Friday Reception, Parking Lot Art Party and HDYSG? Drop Off
Last Friday, June 5th, was our first Live Virtual First Friday for our June exhibit Embellishing Acrylic Pours, artworks by Linda K. Bridges and Cas Foste, and we had a blast! Cas and Linda did a great job discussing their exhibit and the demo of the liquid acrylic pour was informative and fun to watch. Our June 19th, 3rd Friday Reception is going to be a doozy! When you come by the gallery to see Linda and Cas’ work, you’ll get to stroll through the parking lot and meet a number of other artists as well! Because of Covid-19 and the limit on the number of individuals in an indoor location, we decided to have our Parking Lot Art Party… and we’re going to have it every 3rd Friday throughout the summer! We will be giving individualized tours of the gallery to limit our numbers.
We are going to have artists, art and art demos. Linda will be demonstrating more pours, Andre Eddens will be spray painting and we have a number of artists setting up booths including Patsy Kroeckel (pastels), Jeff Mallo (photography), Elin Skov Vaeth (photography), and Larry McGough (digital art and paper quilling).
Would you be interested in setting up a display? We still have room under our tent for one more artist and there is still plenty of room if you have your own tent and table (you can set up without a tent if you want)! Give Cas a call 719-265-6694 if interested.
And since we missed our May Military Appreciation show, Linda Case will have a booth set up to honor our military customers. As part of her and our appreciation, if customers with a military I.D. make a purchase in the gallery (art or framing) or at a booth they will receive a FREE Book!

At least one image from each artist accepted into the exhibit will be displayed in our coffee table book which will be for sale in August.
