RECEPTION FOR ARTIST JOE BEAVERS
Last night’s reception was a real treat!!! Artist Joe Beavers was in attendance to help show off his uniquely amazing 3-D paintings. It was fascinating to learn about the construction and process of these paintings. And when the work was viewed with only a black light, it was like a whole new exhibit!
Even more flavor was added to the show with the talents of harpist Michael Oshiver, “Michael O”, who puts a nice twist to the harp playing mostly classic rock and jazz. The pictures show Michael O playing “Stairway to Heaven”, with Joe’s piece “Stairway to Heaven” in the background.
Thank you to both Joe and Michael for providing us with an aesthetic explosion of color.
