The energy and connections made at last nights reception were amazing. Artists and their friends came from all over, not just Colorado Springs but Denver and Buena Vista too. One lady even saw a friend at a stop light and came over with her to spend the evening. Wonderful conversations and a sharing of the stories connected with the art on display made the evening even more dynamic and special.
Our July reception of “How Do You See God?” is always a night full of sharing the art and stories. We also announced the piece chosen for the cover of our annual book that showcases the entire collection of the “How Do You See God?” exhibit. Congrats to Renee Reiko Campbell whose piece “Blessings” will be the 2017 cover image.
This years exhibit and book showcases 59 artists and 118 pieces, from oils and acrylics to 3D wood scroll works. The first shipment of books will be here on August 1st and the Book Signing reception will be the 3rd Friday, August 18 from 4-8pm. The cost of this years book is $53.49 plus tax. Be sure to give us a call and pre-purchase your copy to ensure that you have one for the August reception. We sell out quickly!
