Dan was born and raised till the age of 12 in Muskegon Mich., until his family moved to Colorado.
He is a graduate of Mitchell HS, in Colorado Springs.
Dan started dabbling with watercolors, colored pencils and pastels as a hobby many years ago (Almost 40).
He now specializes now in watercolor mountain-scapes and is a Signature Member of Pikes Peak Watercolor Society.
Dan was the winner of “Best of Show” in the 2017 International Watermedia Show.
“While living in Colorado and Wyoming for the past 40 years I have strived to recreate the beauty I see in the Rocky Mountains in my paintings.”
Dan’s watercolor paintings will be on display from April 7 to June 7, 2018. Meet Dan at the 3rd Friday Receptions on April 20 and May 18th, 4-8 pm.
