Yamuna Total Body Sculpt

Yamuna Body Rolling instructor Kaitlyn Sullivan takes you through the entire body using specifically designed balls to sculpt and lengthening muscles, creating space in your spine, all while improving alignment. Experience remarkable changes in your body after just one class.
